Shipping

Smaller deliveries are sent by mail (Post Nord), larger shipments via DHL.
We ship your order within 24 hours (weekdays) and estimate the delivery time to 1-3 working days in the Nordic countries.

Information about your order

We send out an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after you place your order. Your receipt will be packed with your shipment and we recommend you to save the receipt when we have a one year warranty on jewellery.

Freight

Edblad charge freight as follows:
Within Sweden: 49 SEK, no freight cost for orders over 500 SEK
Within Europe: 99 SEK
Rest of the world: 250 SEK
When ordering furniture and large bulky goods sent by DHL on pallets, please contact customer service at info@edblad.com for shipping rates.

Unclaimed packages

Edblad is entitled to charge the customer a fee of 150 SEK if the package is not retrieved.

Right to cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. For the return to be accepted, the returned item has to be in essentially the same state, and all tags must remain attached.

Return the goods together with the return slip and the invoice/receipt or a copy.

When we have received and registered your returned item/s in their original condition, we will process your refund of your purchase price and shipping cost. You will have your refund within 30 days after we received the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods and the risk.

Damaged or faulty goods

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item in question without delay.
Contact our customer service, see below, and we will provide you with return freight label. Return the item together with the return slip and the invoice or a copy.

Exchange policy

You have the right to exchange an item at any time 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. For the exchange to be accepted, the item has to be in essentially the same state, and all tags must remain attached. 

Contact our customer service, see below, and we will provide you with return freight label. Return the item together with the invoice or a copy and the complete return slip and we will handle your request upon receipt.

Defective goods/Complaint

Our jewellery is guaranteed for one year.
In addition to our guarantee and according to the Consumer Purchases Act, your right to complain expires three years after you received the good. The product may have a guarantee period shorter than three years, but this does not shorten the complaint period according to the act. The difference is when the warranty expires, it is you who must prove that the fault existed from the very beginning.

You must inform the seller of the fault “within a reasonable amount of time” after its discovery.
If you make a complaint within two months, it is always considered to be within the right time frame.
At the complaint, we offer a new identical, or if not available, an equivalent item

Sale

Items marked SALE cannot be returned but you can exchange it for another product or size if still in stock.
You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods and the risk.
