We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return - free of charge.

  1. Log in to our return portal by writing your order number and email adress. Your can find the order number in your order confirmation which you reveived by e-mail. Follow the instructions when you are logged in and choose which product or products you would like to return.
  1. Pack the items you wish to return in a suitable envelope or box, for example the one you received your order in from Edblad. Make sure the goods are protected so that they are not at risk of breaking during transport. You as a customer are responsible for the condition of the goods when arriving at the warehouse of Edblad.

  2. In the last stage a QR code or a shipping label will be visible, this is connected to your order. Show the QR code at your local post office or print the shipping label and attach it to your package.

  3. The refund for the returned goods takes place with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering, within 14 days of our receiving your order. If it has been longer than that, please contact customer service with your delivery receipt from the agent.

Refund

The refund for the returned goods takes place with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering. Refunds will be made to you when the return has been received and approved at our e-commerce warehouse. If you have purchased your goods with a Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be settled and returned goods will be removed.

All returned goods must be clean, unused and all tags and labels must remain. Any items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (ie used, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded but will be sent back to you. Please note that engraved jewelery in sterling silver cannot be returned as these are classed as custom-made goods.

When will my return arrive?

t takes up to 14 working days for your return to reach us and be processed, then 1-2 banking days for the refund. If it has been longer than that, please contact customer service with your proof of return, e.g. collection receipt or delivery note.

Exchange of goods

If you want to change to a different size of a bracelet or ring, you can do so when you log into our return portal, where you can choose a new size. You do not need to place a completely new order. Other exchanges are handled as a return. You return the goods you want to exchange and place a new order in our online store.
