Returns are free with Edblad
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return - free of charge.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 10 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Please note that engraved jewellery in sterling silver cannot be returned as these are classified as specially manufactured goods. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to return
Fill out the Return form you received with your order (Have you lost yours? Download and print a new Return form).
Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from Edblad.
Contact our customer service at info@edblad.com to receive a pre-paid return label. To be able to support you in a quick manner please provide the following information: Order number and Article number(s) on the items you wish to return.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 10 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up a while for us to receive your return.
When will you receive my return?
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
