Edblad & Co AB 556675-6309 is a company which designs, produces and markets jewellery, accessories and interior products through resellers, own physical stores and our online store, for individuals and companies. To shop with us you must be 18 years or older. We reserve ourselves for any errors in the product information. A completed order means you have agreed to our terms and conditions, and that you consent to your name and address being registered in our customer register.
Products are ordered via Edblad's online store. If you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. An order through the online store has been completed when you receive an order confirmation from us. However, we do not guarantee that we can deliver all the items you ordered. Should it be that a product can not be delivered, we will refund the corresponding amount without delay.
We reserve the right to change the prices in our online store without prior notice.
We reserve the right for any printing errors on the website. We reserve the right to decline incorrect orders.
Taxes and fees outside the EU
Edblad is a Swedish brand. When purchasing products in our online store for delivery to non-EU countries, local taxes and fees as customs duty may apply. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay any additional taxes and fees that may occur.
In order to shop in our online store, you must enter the information that is mandatory for the customer registration. Your e-mail address is important for us to confirm your order and to inform you of any changes in your order. Please check your information every time you make a new order to make sure the right information is registered. We will not share your information to other companies or organizations.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 48h (weekdays).

Edblad offers free returns within 14 days of your purchase. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in a substantially unchanged condition and all patches and tags must remain. Return the item together with the return form and the invoice, or a copy of the invoice. Make sure that the goods you want to return are well protected in order to avoid breaking during the transport. You as a customer are responsible for the returned goods on arrival at Edblad's warehouse. Return form and prepaid return label is included in the original shipping. If you do not have any of these, contact customer support at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Refunds will be made once the return has been received and approved at our warehouse. You will be refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you have purchased your goods with Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be settled and returned goods will be removed.
Damaged or incorrect product
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will replace the product in question without delay. Contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or +46 (0)175-300 00 and we will assist you. Return the item together with the return form and the invoice, or a copy of the invoice.
Replacement of goods
Replacement of goods is handled as a return. You return the items you want to exchange and place a new order in our online store.
Our jewellery always has one year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, negligence or accidental injury. In addition to the warranty, three years right of complaint applies to the original defect on a product. Making a warranty with a shorter term of validity does not mean that the time of complaint is shortened. The difference is that once the warranty has expired, you as the customer have to prove that the error was there from the beginning.
Notification of defects should be made in reasonable time from the time you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered the error. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new product, or if not available an equivalent product.
