Use a measuring tape, ribbon or something similar to measure your wrist circumference.

1. Wrap the measuring tape or ribbon around your wrist, making sure it fits snugly without being too tight.

2. If you're using a ribbon, mark where the ends meet with a pen, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
