14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received your order. Once you have informed us that you want to cancel the purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Refunds

The refund is made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. We will refund you when we have received your return, or when you can show that the item has been sent back to us.

If you cancel the entire purchase, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery option, only the cost corresponding to our standard option will be refunded. The return fee is SEK 39 and will be deducted from the refund.

If the parcel has not been collected

If your order is with a collection point and has not yet been collected, you first need to collect the parcel and then return it via our return process to complete the cancellation.

Condition of the item

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in a clean and unused condition, with all labels and tags still attached. Items that are used, soiled or damaged may affect the refund.

Exceptions

Engraved jewellery in sterling silver cannot be returned, as they are considered custom-made items.
