Shipping and delivery
Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and are normally dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Smaller parcels are sent with PostNord (varubrev klass 1), larger parcels by DHL to your nearest service point. We also offer home delivery with PostNord. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days.
Taxes and fees outside the EU
Edblad is a Swedish brand. When purchasing products in our online store for delivery to non-EU countries, local taxes and fees may apply. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay any additional taxes and fees that may occur.
From 1 January 2021, orders to the United Kingdom (not Northern Ireland) will be charged 20% VAT directly in our online store. Orders to Northern Ireland will be charged 25% VAT. This applies to orders with an order value including shipping up to GBP 135. If the order value exceeds GBP 135, you as a customer will receive an invoice for customs administration, import fee (GBP 5.50) and VAT from the shipping company.
From 1 April 2020, orders to Norway will be charged Norwegian VAT (25%) directly in our online store and customers thus do not have to wait for invoice for customs administration and VAT from the shipping company.
Information about your order
We send out an order confirmation via email immediately after you have placed your order. When we ship your parcel you will receive a receipt in the shipment that you need to save as we leave a one year guarantee on jewellery.

DHL service point (traceable): 49 SEK Delivery time 1-3 working days
DHL home delivery (traceable): 89 SEK Delivery time 1-2 working days
PostNord home delivery (traceable): 69 SEK Delivery time 1-3 working days
Free shipping: When you shop for more than 499 SEK Edblad offers you free shipping within Sweden with PostNord varubrev klass 1. If you shop for more than 699 SEK, you can also choose to receive free shipping with DHL or PostNord home delivery.
International shipments
International shipments are shipped with either PostNord Class 1 *, UPS Standard or UPS Express.
*International shipments with PostNord varubrev are offered to the following countries: Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland.
