We love when our customers tag us and show our products in social media! Sometimes we would really like to share your content! By content we mean images and videos. The content will be published mainly on edblad.com but may also be published in other channels such as social media platforms, our newsletters, for display material in our stores or in advertising. The text, hashtags and comments that belong to the content, Edblad can choose to publish in original or in an edited form.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesedblad you agree to the following

You provide Edblad & Co AB (Org. no: 556675-6309), a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use the content you have responded with #yesedblad, to be used in marketing, mainly at edblad.com, but also in social media, newsletters, display materials for our stores and in advertising.

You hereby certify that

  1. You own all of your rights to your content.

  2. You have been granted permission from any person appearing in your content to transfer the rights herein.

  3. The use of your content by Edblad & Co AB will not violate any third party's rights or any law.

  4. You release Edblad & Co AB from all obligations to pay you for the use of your content and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses.

  5. You release and agree to hold Edblad and all persons acting on Edblad's behalf indemnified for all possible claims, claims and liabilities regardless of nature, in connection with the use of the content as described above.

  6. If you want to withdraw your consent to share your content with us, you need to contact us in writing and let us know.
